Mi shock when mi wake up this morning and see THE STAR have a lead story about a dog rapist who is on the loose outta East Kingston. Detective Constable Phillip Lawrence confirmed the story and him say the rapist use condoms on some of the dogs, but mi no too sure if some of the dogs were male, or if is just bitches the man do it.
