Many dancehall fans have been wondering if D'Angel is flirting with the idea of giving her life to Christ after she did two gospel songs, the latest, Dem Cyan Get We Out featuring Prodigal Son.
I just thought it would be a great idea to do a song with Proddy, a song that would be like a rock for anyone going through struggles in their life. The song is a declaration against all haters and bad mind people who seek to overcome you with their negative thoughts and attitudes. This song celebrates life," D'Angel told Reggae Music FM.
D'Angel recently won the Singjay of the Year title at the EME awards at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel and her smash hit, Stronger stayed at #1 for four consecutive weeks. D'Angel also concluded the video shoot of her soon-to-be released single Dreams which was produced by riddim maestro Dr. Dizzle. Dreams will soon be available for download on a number of Internet sites, including iTunes.
