Alliance leader Bounty Killer is set to stand trial on May 12 for his recent run in with the law.
According to reports, Bounty Killer aka Warlord whose real name is Rodney Price was accused of breaking seven red lights, obstructing traffic and refusing to do a breathalyzer test.
While Bounty Killer is getting ready to stand trial his long time nemesis Beenie Man might still has to pay a large percentage of his outstanding $40 million tax owing to the government, even though he was freed of tax evasion charges in September 2008.
Senior Magistrate Owen Parkins dismissed Beenie Man's tax case when Beenie Man's attorney declared a no case submission. . (Income taxes was improperly drafted)
However, OutAroad.com gets to understand that the Government’s tax department is still not pleased with the ruling and is now in the process of appealing the decision.
If the tax department can produced sufficient evidence to support their appeal then matter will be heard this year.
