Donald Cox aka Danny English saw his carnal abuse case being dismissed in the Home Circuit Court on Monday after the complainant said in the witness box that she did not wish to testify.
Danny English was arrested on July 6, 2007 and was charged with four counts of carnal abuse and one count of indecent assault. He was accused of molesting a female minor in December 2004. Cox who once lived with the complainant's family and maintained a close relationship with the complainant and her siblings after he moved was reportedly visited by her on a number of occasions at his house. It is alleged that It was during one of these visits the alleged molestation took place.
Danny English is now relieved the incident is behind him and has stated that he now intends to concentrate on his career.
