Deejay Deva Brat will return to Spanish Town Resident Magistrates' court on July 21st to answer to the charges of carnal abuse levelled against him.
"The last time he appeared in court was June 26th, and the judge did not come. I dont know what happened but the judge just didn't turn up, and the lawyers said no one else could hear the case except the persons who had been dealing with it up to that time," one informed source told one876entertainment.
"Deva Brat has remained in high spirits, you know him already, nothing cannot break him down. Hopefully, he gets out soon, and gets past this bump in his life. Some of the accusations are false."
Deva Brat scored two hits, Bag A Talking (Gussie Clarke) that peaked at #11 on the HYPE TV charts and the radio hit, Bungle a Gyal.
